At DSKL8R®, we always care about your experience as a customer and want to ensure you have no concerns regarding after-sales service. On October 1st 2025, we sincerely make the following important promise:

If your DSKL8R® product (including its structure, battery, LEDs, lenses, sound chamber, siren) ever experiences any issues within the warranty period, we promise to take care of it. If we are unable to repair your product, we will promptly replace it with a product in perfect working condition, which will be of equal or better physical condition. If your purchase is a limited or discontinued edition of DSKL8R® product, we will repair or replace it with another DSKL8R® product of the same or higher value. 

We will warrant all DSKL8R® products that exhibit any defects in material and workmanship under normal use. However, please note that this WARRANTY does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage.

30-day Returns

You have the flexibility to return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, please ensure that the items are in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Upon requesting a refund or replacement, we will provide you with a return label at no additional cost. Kindly note that free or promotional items must be returned along with the original item in order to receive a full refund.

Upon receiving your return, we will initiate the refund or replacement process, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method. It may take 1-3 working days for the refund to reflect on your bank statements. The new product will be shipped within 2 business days. 

For items purchased from third-party platforms or vendors within the last 30 days, we recommend reaching out to the original seller for assistance. If you fail to make contact with the original seller, contact us.

Outside 30-day Return

For purchases outside 30 days, if you require a warranty, you will need to cover the shipping cost to return the item back to us and DSKL8R® will be responsible for the shipping cost when the item is sent back to you and all repair fees.
